  • Name, mobile number, email address and delivery address when you register or order.
  • Birth date, time and place when you book an astrology service.
  • Order, payment status and enquiry history. Card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent misuse.

2. How we use it

To create your account, send login OTPs, process and deliver orders, prepare your astrology report, issue invoices, and answer your messages.

To send order and booking updates by email or WhatsApp. We do not send promotional messages without a valid reason.

3. Sharing

We share only what is needed with: Razorpay (payments), courier partners (delivery), and email / messaging providers (OTP and updates). We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for your login session, cart and language choice. They do not track you across other websites.

We use secure connections, hashed credentials, rate limiting and access controls. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

We keep order and invoice records as long as needed for accounts and legal requirements. Astrology details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and can be removed on request, subject to legal record-keeping.
