Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Return of gemstones

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition and packaging, with its certificate (if any).

Custom-cut stones, items made or sized to your order, and products you have worn or used cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

4. Astrology services

Services such as Janam Kundli, Kundli Milan, Hast Rekha and consultations are personal and non-returnable once the report is delivered or the consultation has taken place.

You will get a full refund if we are unable to deliver the service, if you cancel before work starts, or if you were charged twice.

5. How refunds are made

After we receive and check a returned item, the refund is sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges are not refunded except where the error is ours.
