How can I be sure a gemstone is genuine?
Each stone is inspected before it is listed and described honestly by type and weight. For any specific stone, contact us before ordering and we will share the details you need, including certification where available.
How do I choose the right gemstone for me?
The right gemstone depends on your birth chart, not only on your zodiac sign. Book a Janam Kundli consultation or message us on WhatsApp, and our astrologer will guide you before you buy.
Can I see a stone in more detail before I buy it?
Yes. Product photos and videos are available on the website, and for a specific piece you can message us on WhatsApp to ask for more photos or a short video.
What is Vedic astrology?
Vedic astrology (Jyotish) studies the position of the planets at the time of your birth to understand your nature, strengths and the periods of your life. It is used for guidance, and the decisions always remain yours.
What is a Janam Kundli and what details do I need to share?
A Janam Kundli is your birth chart. To prepare it we need your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth and place of birth. A more accurate birth time gives a more accurate reading.
How does a Hast Rekha (palm reading) consultation work?
You share clear photos of your palms through the booking form or WhatsApp, and our astrologer studies the major lines and mounts. We then explain the observations and answer your questions.
What is Kundli Milan and when should it be done?
Kundli Milan compares the birth charts of two people, usually before marriage, to understand their compatibility. Share both birth details when booking and we will explain the match in simple words.
How do I book an astrology consultation?
Open the Services page, choose the consultation you need, fill in the short form with your details and submit it. Our team will contact you to confirm the booking and the next steps.
How can I track my order?
Log in and open My Account to see the status of every order. You will also receive an email whenever the status of your order changes.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your pin code and the stone ordered. We confirm the expected time after you place the order, and you can ask us any time on WhatsApp or by phone.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking) when it is available at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. The options you can use are shown at checkout.
What is your return and refund policy?
